A method for grounding yourself and to bring yourself back to the present moment.

Focus your attention one after the other on these things:

  • 5 things you SEE
  • 4 things you HEAR
  • 3 things you TOUCH
  • 2 things you SMELL
  • 1 thing you TASTE

This technique brings me rapidly into the present moment. Try it out for yourself!
