Spring harvest

A sample of the species I harvested. From top to bottom and from left to right, starting in the left top corner:
- leaf of Armoracia rusticana (horseradish / mierik)
- leaf of Galium aparine (cleavers / kleefkruid)
- leaf of Achillea millefolium (common yarrow / duizendblad)
- leaf of Claytonia perfoliata (Indian lettuce / winterpostelein)
- flower of Taraxacum officinale (common dandelion / paardenbloem)
- stem of Mentha (mint / munt)
- leafs of Leonorus cardiaca (motherwort / hartgespan)
- leafs of Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm / citroenmelisse)
- stems of Lamium purpureum (red dead-nettle / paarse dovenetel)
- leafs of Aegopodium podagraria (ground elder / zevenblad)
- leafs of Foeniculum vulgare (fennel / venkel)
- stems of Urtica dioica (common nettle / grote brandnetel)
- leafs of Beta vulgaris (chard / snijbiet)
- leafs of Brassica juncea ssp. Integrifolia (leaf mustard / amsoi)
- leaf of Eruca vesicaria (rocket / rucola)
- leafs of Brassica juncea ssp. Juncea (mustard greens / mosterdplant)
We made tea from yarrow, dandelion, mint, lemon balm and red dead-nettle. We made soup from the rest of the greens.
