Sourdough Cracker

This is a very tasty recipe for making a cracker from sourdough. When stored in an airtight container, this cracker will probably keep good for a week if not longer.
Ingredients:
- 200g sourdough starter
- 100g flour
- 80g olive oil
- 50g seeds (sunflower, sesame)
- 6g salt
Preparation:
- mix all ingredients well
- put dough on a baking paper
- use a spoon to flatten out the dough until it is roughly 3-5mm thick
- (optionally) score the dough with a knife to make it easier to break into even pieces after baking
Baking:
- 180°C for 30-35min
Alternative options:
- use 100g flour and 100g water with some apple vinegar instead of 200g starter
- sprinkle seeds and salt on top after flattening the dough
- use other kinds of toppings like grated cheese, herbs or spices
